YMM is constantly striving to grow our endeavors to assist underserved youth in as many possible ways for their exploration and development.
Over the past few years, our members have taken their passions to spearhead new programs for students.
OUR MEMBERS' YMM INITIATIVES
ELEVATE - Bobby Spinna
Through interactive lectures & engaging activities, elevate is a new program led by hspa director, Bobby Spinna, tactfully introducing middle school students to finance for personal management and growth as well as opening possible career pathways.
TRACK & FIELD - Teddy Dros
With a coaching staff led by YMM tutor & Regis long-distance track athlete, Teddy Dros, students are given the novel opportunity to stay fit through running and possibly take their passion to a competitive level with tournaments.
MUSIC SCHOOL - Deirdre Lobo
An after-school online singing program for interested, underserved students with highly respected vocal coach and artist, Deirdre Lobo, who has guided hundreds of youth in concerts, musicals, recitals, choirs, workshops, and more.
ADVOCACY - Nicholas Imam
Our roots before direct service led by co-founder Nicholas Imam - YMM interviewed education leaders and conducted a research project surveying 500 teachers and students in NYC to identify deficiencies in the NYC public school system, bringing awareness through our social media platforms.

YMM also developed a campaign with XQ America to increase engagement in youth political advocacy.
